Added Pisi Linux support for Neofetch. (#1723)

* Added PiSi support

* Add placeholder PiSi ascii art

* Added actual PisiLinux logo

* Colorize PisiLinux logo

* Improvement in ascii art

* Added Pisi to the list of supported distributions

* Updated manpage

* Fixed flaws in ascii art
